- Flat-packed. A Studio arrives as one crate and is carried or craned to sand, rock, a slope or a clearing.

- Screw piles go in in a day, need no excavation, and come out again. That matters on leased, coastal or protected land.
- Weather-tight within a week
- Frames stand in a day. Our crew has the envelope on within the week; the interior package follows in days.
- The room people photograph
- A gable of glass facing the view and a black roof turned to the neighbors. Privacy without fences, and a picture guests share.
- One drawing, many units
- Every Studio is identical, so approvals, services and maintenance are done once. Add a One or Two as reception, kitchen or a room for the weather.
- Open within a season
- Order in batches that match your opening plan and start earning before the last unit arrives. From order to first guests within a season is a realistic target for a first batch. Volume pricing starts at four units.

Can I order several Studios for a camp or hotel?
That is what the Studio is for. Volume pricing starts at four units, and we plan the site with you: spacing, paths, services, a reception or shared building in a One or a Two, and a delivery sequence that lets you open in stages and start earning before the last unit arrives.
Can Studios be placed on sand, rock or a slope?
Yes. Screw piles need no excavation and can be removed, which matters on leased or protected land. Slopes up to about ten degrees are handled by the pile lengths.
Can Studios arrive furnished?
The Studio can ship with an interior package: bed platform, kitchenette wall, bathroom and lighting, so a unit is ready for guests days after it is stood.
