We have done the hard part.
Designing a home from scratch is slow and expensive. We refined one design instead: an A-frame that kicks out at the knee, so the main floor has walls you can put a bed against and the widest room is upstairs, behind the balcony. Then we engineered it at five sizes, with one set of details, so every home starts from drawings that are already worked out.

A reservation holds your place in the 2027 build schedule. It is free and does not commit you to anything. It gets you a discovery call, and pricing by model goes to reservation holders first. Nothing is paid until the drawings start.
How much does an AFRME cost?
Pricing by model goes to reservation holders first. The design and engineering are done once, so the structure costs less than a one-off. As a rule of thumb, the structure and shell are 35 to 45 percent of the finished cost; site, foundation and utilities 15 to 25; interior fit-out and finishes 20 to 30; design, engineering, permits and the local stamp 5 to 8; contingency 10. The feasibility cost schedule replaces these with real numbers for your site.
Who builds it?
AFRME does. Our own crew raises the frames, closes the shell and runs the fit-out with local trades, so the people who designed the house stay on it to handover. Where the state requires one, a licensed local partner builder works alongside us. One team, from the first call to the keys.
